mine came with them ;D

I wouldn't bother. they're always in the way. I would remove them, but that'd leave 4 little holes along the back

Think im gonner get myslef down to the scrapper and find a Jetta with headrests in it. Apparently a couple of bits that you need are discontinued. If i have a bash at it ill take some pics when i do it.

Are the front headrests any different from the back ones or could you use front headrests as rears ???

Fronts are the same except they have bent rods, just straighten them in a vice and you're all set :)

So will all the front mounts and everything fit in the rear if i straighten it or is it just the headrests themselves  ??? ???

Just the headrests I believe.  You could get away without straightening, they'll just be leant forward a bit is all.
