i'm also thinking its half the price and the only difference is the R Logo and the chrome surround at the bottom!

Does that second one have the same indents around the top as on the top one, as you can't tell from the angle its been photographed at..

no it wont as i'll be going for the black stiching wheel - though that will depend how the grey stiching looks :afro:

don't think the photos help the R Line's case - that and the bloke i was going to buy it from didn't answer the phone all FRiday afternoon - so his loss!! :grin: :grin: Plus i've saved myself over Ã‚£30 :afro: that's enough for something else :grin:

urm you do realise that its for a 6 speed?? i thought 2.0 were 5 speed :huh:

might be worth dropping the seller an email to see if he has the 5 speed versions

gutted :sad: there was a thread on UKMKiV (tihnk i posted it in MOds for Ã‚£100) which said apparently the bloke had 55 not 5!! Seems to be posting 3/4 up at a time

Was fairly simple - biggest pain is the clip holding the old gearknob on :angry: need a bit of brute force. Also you need to resuse the existing plastic base which your current gearknob clips too; you may also have to trim the gaitor of the new one as there's quite a bit more and its not elasticated. Need to tidy mine up a bit more.

Overall i'm chuffed with it and it doesn't look OTT :cool:
