Title: drivers side dash speaker stops working

when i got my car mk2 gti i fitted a stereo and discovered that my drivers side dash speaker didnt work so changed dash speaker all was good for a bit but now drivers side has decided to work when it wants any ideas why
i dont think it is the stereo as it was fine in my other car

dodgy connection m8ty!  just run a new cable from head unit to speaker! :)

yeah and a simple job, take not more than 20mins as its not far to run the wire, just a tad fiddly
