Title: silicon stuff

Just a quick note that i used sum black silicon stuff from Halfords(god i shud b on commission! ;)) for the rubbers on me door-had a couple of holes,wasnt leakin but wanted to patch them up anyhow,n this stuff was fab! Only bout ?4 for a little tube n done the job quite nicely-incase anyones was needed abit tlc! ;D
Easy to use n mould!

I would like to add that you make sure you use a low modulas, neutral cure silicone as this wont damage any paintwork or if you use it on lights the silvering on the reflectors.

Some silicones use acetate in the curing process and this sometimes causes damage.

carplan do silmilar, dont touch it i could stick things better with my own spit.

you can find cheap alternatives from DIY stores. comes in a huge tube. black mastik
