hi all, used a mates vag com on my vr and these codes came back, now the car is running fine so would just like to know what these mean and what i should be looking at fixing under the bonnet. many thanks, rob

you did read, note and erase...then drive normally for a day or two and then read again?? remember the ecu will record all codes and keep them stored until erased and hopefully most will be from previous faults

we can go over this tomorrow rob if you want, im gonna clear the faults on mine and give it a few days too.

00668-Battery voltage supply (Terminal 3) unsure what this means.
00533-Idle air control regulation. I had this code, cleaned the throttle body and crankcase pipes aswell as induction kit and maf and cleared the code, which sorted it.
00561-Mixture adjustment control. Don't know what this means.
01247-EV AP Canister purge regulator valve-N80. Not sure of this either. :smiley:

Dude, i cleared the faults then let the engine run for a bit,
it cleared all the codes apart from this one
01247 - Activated Charcoal Filter (EVAP) System Solenoid Valve 1 (N80)
31-00 - Open or Short to Ground
Give it a boot on the back roads tomorrow mate and we will do another fault reading

Funnily enough ive got this code too, erased it the other night, will check and report back.

right cleaned my throttle body and all pipes and now the codes are gone! sweet! :wink:
