Title: Small bumper jacking points?

I dont have my manual to hand - where abouts are the jacking points (BTW I only have a mk3 OE jack to hand so hope that will fit)

Does it just fit in the grove of the sill?

Yup. As close to the front or rear wheels as you can safely do it.
