Help me I have just gone out to my car and as i was about to set off... i press the accleorator a it just went strait to the floor!!!!!! it has become disconected from the wire some how as i pressed it!!!!! what show i do???
-
trace the cable through from the accellerator pedal to see where its detached, or if its snapped?
-
Common problem. The cable has probably disconnected itself from the pedal. It is a stupid right angled hook thing that inserts itself into a tiny rubber grommet at the top of the pedal. Feed it back through the grommet, then secure it with a little locking wire. Be patient. Its a bar steward of a thing to get at and I can only fit one hand up there.

Happened on mine once too!
