Title: Drivers side electric window - R plate MK 3 golf gti

My drivers side electric window is really forceful when opening it - If i let it open fully on the one click function it really makes quite a loud thump when it gets to the bottom!! anyone else got this prob? is it easily fixed??

really pisses me off!!

Mine doesnt do this but if it did, i would probably remove the door card so i can see the mechanism then put it down and try and see where its struggling, maybe that its catchin on somehitn or somethin is loose??

As above.  Take out you door card and check it out.

Haynes manual will tell you how to take it out if your unsure.
