Title: Removing Small Bumper Red Stripe

Hi,
Just wondering how to remove the red stripe on a small bumper and put it on another bumper, what is the best way to remove and stick back on without damaging it? Also, can you put a stripe on a standard cl small bumper, are they exactly the same as GTI ones apart from the stripe?
