Title: gti 8v problems

i think ive got a engine mount going when i am driving in traffic or slowly it feels judderey.but im unsure weva it could be somthing else when im stationary and i blip the trottle or moving slow the car pops back (would that be over fueling).its very anoying ive always wanted a mk 3gti and now ive got it its very frustrating having these problems.im gunna clean the trottle body whats the best way to do this and what to use?any advice help and tips will be very greatfull

clean throttle body with carb/brake/clutch cleaner.

whats the best way to clean it?i work in the motor trade and ive never cleaned a trottle body.

take it off and spray it on -it will loosen the sh!t up and then wipe off
