Am fairly enthusiastic about VW. This is my first Golf and is a Mark 3 8V in silver 1997. Paid Ã‚£1150 on it and have just had a partial respray to get rid of any annoying little rust spots on it. Have already owned Scirocco Mk1 2 Derbies, Vento 2.0GL when I was in Spain and also two Polos.

Interested to know if anyone around this area meets up. Club GTI do every first Tuesday in the month in Bracknell and they seem a nice crowd.

Nice to get on this forum. It looks to be a place where I will spending many hours in the future
