If you want new ones, go to eurocarparts or gsf.
If you want second hand, look in the cars breaking threads.....
Here are a few:

Ah ok... just that ive removed some suspension from my vr as ive fitted new shocks and springs and im sellin cheap as i want rid but don't think it'll fit.

Ahh ok, long way to post if they did fit  how easy is it to remove rear shocks from a mk3? may look at the scrappers tomorow.
-
dont go for used...the driver used oil shockers and they cost about £10 each new... they are identical to the mk2 ones too

If it aint broke, dont fix it, just get the ones replace like for like.
-
just need a new rear one for the mot, better just getting std rear ones then?
-
i wuld think so, i need a new front one, but im just going to get standards, and save the pennies, rather than gettin coilovers or something. Unless money grows on trees?
-
Funniley enough, was looking to buy coilies this weekend  had the cash for it but hopfully now i can spend it on other goodies

replace the shockers in pairs other wise it can effect stability!! and standard oil shockers are ok for driver models but for gti's you need gas!
