Title: german style plates
Post by: leighj on 21 February 2008, 16:32: Im looking into getting new plates for th golf and quite like the look of the german ones. Just wondered if you's could recommend anywhere off th net to get them?

been on for 6 months, pigs have never stopped me yet

Post by: ollie6n on 22 February 2008, 19:22: I'd recommend dubmeister.com mate, they're great, get them in a couple of days, really good quality, but like above, carry a set of legal plate in your boot just in case, some places you'll be ok I had a set on my polo for a year then i got caught out, I got off lightly and just told to change them but some folks get fined and all sorts!

Thats friendly North Yorkshire Police :smiley:..... shame humberside are much more strict!! and will stop you for anything and everything.. :angry:
