has anyone used them before, i lived about 10 minutes from the shop in birmingham so was just wondering what they are like in terms of quality parts

For quality, I haven't used them to say but just a quick look at the site, it seems a bit expensive?

(For a 1.8 16v) I paid £46 including VAT at GSF.

GSF quality isn't too bad, ECP is good too I found. Have you tried:

Febi, Elring etc, not too bad for quality. But I bet someone has had other bad experiences!
