I have noticed a lot of you guys have the 18 inch Monza's on your GTi's whereas here in Aus, a lot of people don't take up the option. I would assume that its because it's a $4500 option here - must be cheaper in the UK.
I am yet to see a GTi with the 18's here and we see a lot of GTi's here.
I also wish that we got the ED30 here as well, fingers crossed we get the Pirelli version here in the next 3-4 months...

UK 18" Monza II's are a relatively cheap UK factory option at £465 a set. Link to UK options brochure here:

How's Oz - was there last year for the Melbourne F1 GP - loved the country. If I was 10 years younger I'd be over there for good in a flash

18' Monza's Rule
Since i got my car i always keep a look out for other GTi's, especially what wheels they're wearing.
17' wheels just look too small and seem like they are stolen off a GT Diesel!
18' suit the car completly and the dark inside rims highlight the black details on a white Gti beautifully.

18" monza II's rock!
Best alloys for GTI IMO
-
imo they are the best alloys available in the VW range....

I love them too but $4500 option is a bit rich.
$2500 for leather
$2000 for the roof
$2200 for Bi zenons
$2500 for DSG
I turned my $39,995 GTi into $52,000 on the road...
oh and $3200 for Sat Nav.
