Title: How much are these worth (kent cams and K&N carb)
Post by: stinky on 19 February 2008, 21:09: both currently fitted to my mk2 golf. i will be looking at getting a vr6 lump in there.

just wondered what these are worth

Post by: Mew on 19 February 2008, 21:13: When you say cams, do you mean 2 ie for a 16v? And when you say K&N carb, i take it you mean a k&n filter for a carb, panel or bolt on? Not really the clearest question and have you looked on ebay and a quick search on the forums???????

VW GOLF/SCIROCCO 1600/1800 Mechanical profiles pre 86,
VW GOLF/SCIROCCO 1600/1800 Hydraulic profiles post 86,
VW GOLF G60 1.8 LITRE

thats what they fit. so answer is yea they will fit the 1.8 gti

they are Ã‚£80 new

i think its just the Power Pulleys that its got.

noticed the K&N Carb sold on here a while back (new) for Ã‚£120. how easy is it to remove and install a standard one again?
