Hi all,
end of the year i will be starting my project VR6.
currently got my Mk2 driver which i will be using as the shell, so i need
GTI Rear Beam and brakes
VR6 engine + Gearbox etc
VR6 loom
what else will be required. just at the early stages at the moment
-
Hydraulic pedal box from a Corrado 16v/ VR6 or Passat B4 VR6
Will also need larger brake servo, 22mm (or even better 24mm) brake master cylinder, brake reservoir with spout for hydraulic clutch and pipework to connect.
Think about what radiator you are going to use and you will need to fabricate an exhaust centre pipe to mate with your chosen manifold.
Oh and better look into engine mounts too.
I posted how to fit a hydraulic clutch here: http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=76658.0 at the bottom of the page
hope that helps
Nick
