Title: 'IN 02' flashes on dash when ignition is turned on?

Please Help:

When I switch the ignition on, where the milage is - flashes 'in 02' a couple of times then the milage shows again. Also the other digital display for the clock and mpg ect shows what looks like L's and dashes and is not displaying the correct readings. I have tried checking the fuse which i'v replaced anyway.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem.

02 means you need a major service. [its done on a timer]
