Title: internal aerials

hi, im looking for a radio aerial that can be hidden, but from what ive heard they arent that good for reception. does anyone know of one that works well?

Surely you could get a booster on it to jump it up a bit to make up for the bad reception.

them stick on interior aerials are normally amplified... all the ones I sold were all poor reception (cheap or expensive)

In that case, the amplifier is lame, so what about a stylish small fin one? If your not keen on a huge one.

im not putting a fin aerial on my car!!

think ill put a leccy one in the wing where theres one now if the internal ones are sh!t

Apparently so! I asked a guy in Halfrauds and he said any of the 'universal' ones would fit my MK2........

lol, when I had the car resprayed, I got the aerial hole covered up, thing was - I never bothered putting a replacement in. Makes me laugh that I still get a signal simply just using the wiring with no actual antenna.
