Hi Guys,
I'm building a 2litre 16v engine for my trackday car and i need a baffled sump, does anyone know where i can get one or if anyone sells the baffles so could weld them in myself?

right i know i'm being pain but i really wanted a cheaper option, i don't mind making some baffles myself if anyone has measurements?

Take the sump off and clean it out.
get some cardboard and mock up two baffles, each with a mouse hole in it.
Make sure it doesnt foul anything
Use the cardboard templates to construct tin baffles.
Weld in place.
Two hours work and a few quid.
If I can find the pics of the one I did I will post them.

Agreed. There's nothing that complicated about these, it's one of those things that cost multiples of what goes into them.

search for a guy called vagobonds on ebay, he sells the sumps with the baffles already fitted or he just sells the baffles seperately
He also does the rounds on various forums
