Title: Vaccume for boost gauge??????? New Guy Here!!!!
Post by: kcolevol on 17 February 2008, 10:41
Hi dudes and dudettes, im new to this site today, will upload pictures and write up etc soon.  Just wondered if someone could help me, i got a boost gauge the other day, fited it in the dump valve line but i dont hink im getting a true boost reading.  Is this where its meant to go or does it need to run off the main vac on the engine or even the line going to the actuator??

Thanks.
Paul.

Hello and welcome mate

Ive got mine tapped into the actuator because i was told it was more accurate- It doesnt really matter TBH. I think most people on here and done it on the vacume line off the DV
