Title: fuse for spedo

hi

my mate has just got a mk4 and his spedo's stopped working
i'm guessing it'l be the fuse, does that sound right?

Yes, electronic speed sensor drives the speedo. Vag-com will show up a fault code.

Could be something as simple as the connector being dirty or come off?? I dont know where it is on the mk4 tho  :shocked:

speed sensor is on top of the gearbox i believe; only a few quid to replace too  :huh:
