Title: Anniversary Numbers?

Hi guys,

Ive heard that there are 600 UK mk3 gti anniversary models that were ever made?
And apparently there are only upto 150 that are 16v's?

I have a Mystic Blue Pearl 2.0 16v ANNIVERSARY with air-con.

Does anyone know how the colours were distributed?

eg how many of each etc.
Ive not seen one like mine in the colour.

That thread shows the different paint codes, as for how many of each were made.....

750 Anniversary models into the UK of which only 150 were the 16v version. 5 colours were available in 3 or 5 door guise

nobody will give me accurate numbers for each specific model... but pearl black was most popular (and the best colour may i add :wink:) and blue is uncommon!!

yeah black ones are the best , followed by silver, although for some reason i only like annie's in black, but the interior is gash on all of them  :sick:  why did they do that to it??

it was to make the interior a mk1 lookalike... have you seen the mk5?? thats similar with tartan!!

yeah i love the mk 5 ed 30 trim tho, looks fantastic, its just the annie one is absolute garbage, only the dials and gearknob are good, its the seats and seatbelts that make me not like the annie, i think id rather have a CC with the leather recaros...more common but look better inside (in my personal opinion)

Black CC trim is less common than annie trim kells.. only 500 black CC's ever made compared to 750 annies   :wink:   :grin:

Dont know the facts, just know i want some, and my 8v dont have them :P

Cheers, they appear on ebay all the time, just dont have the funds.

If i get them then i will want leather tv headrests  :laugh:
