Title: Changing interior bulbs
Post by: Mark_eire on 14 February 2008, 21:41
My car has these stupid blue interior bulbs which look ridiculous!! like something from a boy racer civic so I've got standard white bulbs to replace them
How do I open the unit to replace the bulb?
Had a quick look in the owners book earlier but couldn't find anything!!
Help, cos it's horrible the way it is!!

Thanks mate,
It's funny really, my car lights up exactly as the car in the guide does!!
I've had the interior lights turned off since I got the car in case somebody saw them!! lol
Not my cup of tea at all....  :embarassed:

I like the blue lights, if only because they seem clearer than plain jane white or council yellow :smug:

Each to their own mate, just not to my liking......
I find them a bit overwhelming at night its all a bit blue for me!!

i wouldnt mind that look but i wouldnt have them that bright blue. A very sutle hint of blue (or red) would be nice and i agree with Hurdy about plain jayne and council yellow.

I think these would look great if they were a bunch of red LED's instead of just a white bulb
