Title: bluefin
Post by: sunnylunn on 12 February 2008, 13:48
just installed bluefin on my car, WOW. i know it doesn't appear to be everyones cup of tea, but i find it very impressive.it feels totally standard up untill just under 3000rpm then it really starts to pull  doddle to fit, superchips couldn't have been more helpful. i'de like to try someones car with a revo or other map to see how they compare, but i can't see how they would drive any better than the bluefin.feels like standard and follows superchips dyno graph!

I've got Revo Stage1 (plus lots of other mods) and she (GTI) starts to pull at 1,800 - 2,000 revs. Instant throttle response too (probably mostly due to the other mods).

I think this is a sure sign we need a sticky on the pros and cons of each map on each gti. meaning the map manufacture and where it pulls where it doesnt etc maybe even a RR map.

ne1 else think thats a good idea? i know im confused with which is what now

Yep,

I wanna see a RR shootout of all the maps.
Or at worst, an overlayed chart of the maps, so we can see the plots against each other.

Yeah ... should be a sticky ... there is always interest in remaps ... and before and after graphs of RR tests would be great
