Title: throttle body?

need a lil help the cars runnin like poo  :angry: the idle is lumpy it lurches when pullin away from standstill and back firing through the exhaust. i was thinkin the throttle body as on past fault codes it reads pressure loss between turbo and inlet  :huh: its an aum 2001 model by the way

any help would be greatfully appreciated  :cool:

if its missin it could be a coil-pack or try a treatment thriugh it and see if that works, or spray a load of carb cleaner into the carb, throttle body is the dear part try the small things first chum.

I had that code and it was a dirty TB, just needs cleaned.

I had a similar problem sometimes when pulling away, no backfire though.  Same engine, 2001 AUM.  I cleaned the throttle body out with carb cleaner, all works fine now.

cheers il give it a go  :smiley: it definatly isn't a missfire i think the butterfly vale in the tb isnt openin right  :undecided:
