Title: rear caliper piston
Post by: Kingy on 31 March 2004, 19:52
When attempting to change my rear brake pads i came across the small problem of "retracting the caliper piston into the caliper body" so as to create the space within the caliper to accomodate new brake pads. The Haynes manual instructs you to turn the piston in a clockwise motion until it will not turn any more, job done. I followed this instruction and had no joy.

This probably has a really simple solution so if any one knows can they let me know. cheers.
