Title: can it be done??

got a 1.6 driver and a 1.8 8v gti

can i put the front discs and pads from the gti on the driver??
wot do i need to do to put discs on the back of the driver??

Should be no problem, swap over the discs, caliper carrier and the caliper.
Rears will fit, remove drums, back plate and stub axle. Fit all the disc parts including the compensator, h/brake cables and the master cylinder and servo if it is larger. Re pipe as required and bleed (best bleed rears with the compensator wedged full open)
