Title: Loose Door Hinges,

Does anyone know the correct tool to tighten the hinges on a mrk4

Both driver and passanger door a little lose, VW want to chagre £20 to tighten, I bought the correct fitting to do this but it will not fit between the gap in the door,

Has anyone come across this before?

Has your door dropped? This happens on alot of mk4's I have heard

No it hasn't dropped, I suppose it could if its not tightened, but when the door is open there is a lot of play in the hinge, you can feel the bolts are slighty loose. I just havent got the right tool to tighten them and begrudge paying money just for someone to tighten 4 bolts.
