Hey Guys
As a new owner ( MK11 GTI 8 valve 1991)I have just found out that when I have passengers in the back , the back wheels seem to hit the underside of the body everytime I go over the slightest bump ?
I am guessing the wheels are not standard.
Anyone know if there is an easy fix for this ?

Find out what size wheels you have first - if they are way wrong you could just change them??
You might just have knackered suspension, I've recently had all new suspension and its helped with the scrubbing but not eliminated it  - I have 15x7j, ET24
I just refuse to have passengers in the back tbh!
[edit] you could also check if the car is lowered, somewhere on this site is a thread that lists the measurements needed to work it out - you could search for it
