Title: Really dissapointed with HIC price

27 years old with 6 years protected, no claims, no points, on an 8v Mk2 GTi had it for a year and you want Ã‚£800+ you are having a laugh my son.

No it was an online quote, I have now spoken to jack0 who followed your advise and I was able to offer a much improved rate although unfortunatly could not beat brentacre (or Swinton) on this occasion, cant win em all.... :sad:

Just to remind people when you get an online quote its always best to contact the office even if the price is not that great - see sticky topic here: http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=51793.0 :wink:
