On the lookout for a mk2 and ive found a pretty good un' but one of the few problems is a leak in the
sunroof when it heavily rains. Is this a simple fix?

Should be easy enough to fix. If the sunroof drains are blocked you can poke some long wire down them to unclog them or shoot some air down the holes with an air compressor. I think the exit holes for the sunroof drains are by the rear lights so check if water is draining ok.

I checked this on mine but the holes weren't blocked. Looks like I'll have to fit a new seal, even though I've been told this is rarely the problem.
