Title: Rolling Road at Dubsport
Post by: GaryM on 29 March 2004, 20:01
I finally got my car on a Rolling Road at Dubsport yesterday, a few MkIV's tagged along with a Seat Cupra.net meet.
Figures for BHP were agreed right across the board to be around 10% down, torque seemed about right.
Major heatsoak and an overloaded RR was the probable culprit.

My figures were 226.4 BHP and 269 ft/lbs of torque which should equal around 240BHP on the real roads as I can get the better of a stock R32 and stay with a K04 Jabbered 1.8T

I did attempt 0-60's with Vagcom which gave me around 5.9-6.2s so I really believe low 6's.
As for quarter mile I have no idea but similar powered cars are doing it in mid to midlow 14's.
Its my aim to get to a strip sometime this year for a play.
