Post by: DukeBoy on 29 March 2004, 17:34
Hi,

New to the board, so forgive me if this question has been asked brfore.

Just bought the wife a Mk3 cabriolet (1.8) the car currently has 14" TSW wheels on it. What is the largest wheels I could fit without fouling bodywork etc, the car has a 4 stud patten.

Any suggestions

15" will give it the best handling

16" is max without modding arches etc  ... or u might be lucky and not have to mod the arches but ya turning curcle will be pathetic.

I'd say dont exceed 16" ...
