Title: Martin.Fancy a challenge?
Post by: raylee25 on 30 January 2008, 12:00
I spoke to one of your buddys "Neil" and he quotted me £430. Although this price is reasonable, I'm not happy about the £475 excess. The quotation number is 111/023/K029NEI.
Can you work your magic to bring this down without affecting the overall price?

cool, Neil quoted our screen rate so i will ring a couple of our underwriters tomorrow and see if i can twist their arms a bit as we always try to match or beat whatever you can get.  (hope tomorrow is ok, i was supposed to have left 20mins ago and our underwriters shut at 5 anyway).

Who was that from?
