Does anyone know...

If you have a stereo with a USB aux imput that can be used for MP3 players will it work with an ipod?

Am I right in saying that stereos with an ipod interface means you can control the ipod from the HU and stereos with an AUX USB input you have to control the music from the MP3 player.
