hey guys i currently have a renault clio 182. its a great handling car really quick but struggles to get 32mpg lol. i am reluctanly going to sell it for hopefully a golf mk4 130 or 150. before the clio i had a seat ibiza 130tdi remapped, light breathing, mods and exhaust. the hing im wondering is whether a remapped 130 will be the same as a remapped 150 or are they a different base unit ? also what bhp/torque can be go out of both the engines with say a remap, itg panel filter and better cold air feed. sorry to go on but does anybody have some rough 0-60mph times 1/4mile times and 30-70mph times for the remapped cars. quite a lot i know but i really dont wanna move to something slower lol. chees for any answers in advance :)

The 150 will achieve more when remapped to the 130. I think you're looking at 20-30 more horses on eahc unit.

130 remaps to around 170 and 280ish lbs ft torque and the 150 to around 190 and 300lbs ft torque
don't have any times but expect to knock a few tenths or more off the 0-60 and perhaps a couple of seconds off your 30-70mph times; its the mid range grunt where you'll notice it more.
put it this way i would expect both to be quicker through the mid range than the 182 and still return 40mpg plus :afro:
