Hey there all :)

Just thought I'd introduce myself as I'm in the process of buying a Mk2. Bit of a spontaneous decision but a friend of mine has been searching for one for his first car so I've been scouring the internet looking for him. We finally found one last week and he picked it up on Saturday. I drove it and instantly fell in love!

Picked it up on Friday and had some fun on the 170 mile drive home. It has a 2.0 ABF passat engine, needs a bit of tidying to get up to the required standard but not a bad base to start from
