Title: Colour coded mirrors

The time is fast approaching for the G60 to be painted. Now do I go for colour coded mirrors or stick with the balck ones??
I have seen white colour coded mirrors and it does not look right, but a mate of mine has a blue Jetta with colour coded mirrors and it looks good.
Your thoughts...

imo darker shades look better when colour coding, i.e. blues and blacks and greys, but like you said, white looks a bit pants tbh. mirrors in the pics below of my car went 2 days after i got it cos of that reason, got nice stock ones now. got some leccy ones waiting to go on that monkey alan so very kindly sold me...god im slack!

anyways!

do what you think looks best, search  some pics of members cars and see what you think...

Your g60 is red isn't it? Red mirrors look good imo, just leave the mounting plates and the horizontal bit black  :smiley:

Yup!! 'Tis red. I don't think it will look too bad colour coded.
What about the rear window spoiler? Overkill???   :smiley: or  :sick:??

heres my red golf with colour coded mirrors , i have left my back plates black and it also makes then easy to clean..

I hope mine comes back from the paint shop looking like yours. :shocked: Looks like I still have a lot of work to do. Going to try to update my projects section tonight.

I have my root spoiler coded  :wink: I like it!

I was planning on doing the mirrors but have yet to get around to it!
