Good, with some proviso's

To fit them you need to drop the steering rack off and so are quite expensive to fit unless you do them yourself. If you don't use them with any other suspension upgrade then I've been told they aren't worth it.
Minimum I was told to use with Eibach springs.

I've got them fitted front and rear, didn't really drive the car with the standard ones fitted and fitted them the same time as the eibach coilovers so don't really know how much improvement they make on there own

Awesome told me that unless I was planning other suspension mods not to bother as the benefits are minimal.

....I was advised by Ray West about my suspension and have Eibach ARB's, Eibach Pro-Kit springs and Koni FSD's. He also fitted it all in one session. That was about 35,000 miles ago and I'm still very pleased with the setup for fast road use. He also advised doing more than just the ARB's.
