Title: Kerbed ED30 Rims Derby - Help!
Post by: HA54SYM` on 26 January 2008, 00:24
Gutted,

Took the mrs shopping tonight and kerbed the near side front rim, on a rather high kerb at the westfield centre in Derby.

Initial damage looks quite bad, but its dark, so hard to tell, but it looks ike its just the outer rim only.

Not sure what to do, new rims, or repair?

Never had a rim repaired, anyone know a good place local to me?

Dave

If its the Pescara rims you should be ok, they can be repaired and painted pretty easy - its the Monza'a which were a pain as they were diamond cut.

I know a decent place in Derby you can use, in fact they are re-doing one of my CH's next week for me.

Thanks for that,

Could you tell me where they are?
