Hey All,
I have had my mkV GTI (05plate) for over a week now and have done about 250 miles and still lovin every minute. This morning on the M4 the tyre warning light pinged on I pulled over to see what was up and all 4 corners looked fine. I reset the system and the light went off and has not come back on. Its was not that cold this morning and I have not inflated the tyres recently. How offen does this happen to you chaps and does it register very slight drops in pressure so nothing to really worry about?
-
its only ever come on once for me and that was after i went from 17" to 18". I just inflated the tyres and all has been good since (2 months).
Inflate the tyres again so they are all the same PSI. That should help.

same thing happened to me when i picked up my imported gti - after a couple of days of driving the warning light popped up, i checked all the tyres and reset the button - 4 months later and *touch wood* no further alarms.
Cheers
Iain
