Post by: c8dhc on 21 January 2008, 21:43
Can I get 13" wheels to fit over my standard 16v brakes?

Cheers, Dan

Never tried it, but from what i've read you need 14" rims to clear the 256mm 16v brakes

14" steels should fit over the standard 256mm brakes, but you won't get anything smaller over them.

Definitely need 15" VW alloys or VW steels to get over 280mm brakes.
