hi all,

looking at putting an exhaust system on my mk4 but not sure about what tip to go for

anyone got any pics of different exhausts with a standard bumper

i got a miltek twin jet standard bumber but changed the valence here it is

that looks great leeroy 8v, how noisy is it ? do you have resonated or non resonated ?

im after a quiet performance exhaust if such thing exists!

o yes it exists resonated miltek m8 can just bout notice it when driving normally but when u palnt it u can def tell it on there but its not stupidly loud  not like a mk4 xr31 with a big bore 4 on it lol
and on the motoway cruising sounds fine

im thinking about it ! just not sure as I do a lot of motorway driving and it will drive me mad if you can hear it 'droning'  away

sorry to jump into the mk4 section boys... but i just had mine done on my mk3

its a jetex and like the milltek its very quiet but lets rip once you give it some beans... looks the mutts too! 

the jetex is a very well made exhaust and fitted, albeit tight, with no problems

ghockle honest m8 on motorway do bout 70 90 u can treally hear it ill try and video it tom as im doin another 200 mile round trip to the airport most of my noise come from the induction kit but the 2 together sounds sweet

cheers that would be great.  now im getting tempted, but i think i want to do the suspension (see the above thread) first, or sod it maybe ill just stick it all on the credit card and do it all at once !

I got a non res milltek on mine and to be honest I would prefer it if it was a bit louder but it does sound the nuts on boost
