According to the comments
Because they pull the fuse from the Haldex to run it in 2wd.

Like one of the comments said they switch the haldex controller to just be a FWD. Its alot more difficult to get a accurate BHP reading when the power is being split between the front and back. And from what I have heard its more expensive too!
