Title: After a gti 16v_where can i find one?

Apart from the obvious like ebay, pistonheads, clubgti an here, does anybody have any suggestions where i could look?

I've found the autotrader to be very good for finding Mk2's :)

local freeads  - that where job public sells there MkIIs on - and most dont know their true value  :wink:

Thanks, i've been looking on autotrader but not much about at the min.

its all about waiting for the right one to come along - I waited a good 3 years till I found a good one - same owner since 1990 and fully serviced, admittedly even that does not mean no problems!!

I also found Auto Trader very good, infact thats how i found my current golf. You really have to be willing to travel though, sometimes at a moments notice to get the right one. Good luck  :smiley:
