Sounds like a silly question - how can I tell what colour my golf is?
Now, I know its a blue/grey colour but I would like to know the name of the colour! Guessing I could get the paint code from somewhere on the car or something like that but don't really know.
-
I think it has it on the factory sticker on the boot lip.
-
Or the inside page of the owners manual, if you have one !
-
Mine on the owners manual only says blue, but it is a royal metallic blue
-
There should be a sticker, simmilar to the one in the boot with the paint and options codes etc.
-
Sounds like helious blue to me.....
-
Its quite a dark blue....

yep thats royal blue metalic, assuming its metalic otherwise its just boring old royal blue
-
I don't think it's Royal Metallic Blue, it looks too grey imo.
-
perhaps, could just be the pics. If its a 90 spec its royal blue, if its pre-90 its helios blue. Ah, looking at the coolant warning light, its a pre-90 (pre 90 it was in the temp gauge, post 90 it was in the middle spot on the row of LEDs) :)

It's Helios Blue, Does it shine a bit purple in sunlight?
-
did drivers come in helios blue?
-
I don't actually know but thats what my car is, And recognised it straight away!
