Title: As Specific As You Can Possibly Be!

I would like to find out the exact grade and viscosity of the manual gearbox oil that I need on my 1999 VW Golf 1.8T AGU.  I have scoured the web for hours trying to find this information.  I believe it is 75W-90 and fully synthetic but I just want to be certain before I ruin my tranny.

1999 golf with AGU 1.8t
Gearbox oil Grade:- 75W/90 Synth
Gearbox capacity:- 2.0l
4X4:- 2.4l
