Title: Thin side mouldings - still available?

I have a 90 gti and I'm sending it in for a full respray, all new trims, bumpers, the whole hog! I've been told by everyone under the sun that the thin side mouldings cannot be gotton, does anyone know of anywhere I could lay my hands on a set of new ones, don't need to even be genuine VAG at this stage, I just don't want to have to put old ones on a perfectly finished car!

Any help greatly appreciated!

I can still get them new and original at VW dealer in Belgium

There is a company advertises these for sale in Performance VW and Golf+, can't remember name but yellow ad bout 1/3 page.
