Title: rear wiper problem

the problem with my rear wiper is that once you set it going it wont stop it does a sweep about every 10-20seconds where as before it started doing this it would only do half a sweep and you had to press stalk again to get it to return not right but better than it running all the time
it stops if you turn the ignition of and on and car has the lay flat mod done

check the relay maybe its had it

Mine stays on until i press the stalk in again. I just thought they were all like that. :smiley:

i will try pressing the stalk a second time and if that does not work what number is the relay

yes that is normal, it will carry on until you tell it to stop.  relay numbers/positions can be found in the fusebox FAQ, its iun the garage section I think.
